Is Rizevo actually free?
Yes really, no tricks! Rizevo is 100% free for you to use.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No. You won’t need to enter in any credit card details. Just create your account and get started for free.
What’s the catch? How does Rizevo make money?
We charge a 6% processing fee when you get paid.
Why is the processing fee so high?
The 6% processing fee covers the payment gateway charges. It also covers the cost of all the SMS and email reminders we send to you and your customers. Whatever remains is what we then use to run the company. Also, please note that the processing fee is capped at N3,000. This means we'll never charge more than N3,000.
Who bears the cost of the processing fee – me or my customer?
By default, the customer bears the cost. You can however change this setting if you want to bear the cost.
Do I need to install any software?
Rizevo is 100% web-based, so you just need an internet connection and browser – either on your phone, laptop or tablet.
Do you provide support?
Yes! We provide quick support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Is my data safe?
Completely safe. Any connection between you and Rizevo is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
When can I expect to get paid?
You receive your money automatically in your bank account within 24 hours after payment is made by your customers.
Are customers’ payment details safe?
Completely safe. Payments are powered by Paystack which has PCI-DSS-certified systems.
